IC

hugging/kissing/flirting: she's pretty capricious, so it might depend on the situation. she's open to flirting, but more like playing with prey than anything really romantic. if she flirts it's out of boredom or whim or covetousness or wanting to take advantage of someone. actual affectionate skinship may take her by surprise but she might crave it, she's an outcast/lone wolf who doesn't get much of it. also she's 99% more receptive to women than men in any situation.

shipping/smut: she's... very questionable... in an actual romantic relationship, she kinda has yandere leanings but she may or may not be truly toxicly possessive over her object of obsession. don't ship with her, save yourself!!... anyway, she's more down to fuck in casual relationships. she'd be pretty good hatesex material and if she's deeply interested in someone she can be a very obsessive stalker. preferred ships are with texas, sora (PLEASE give me lappsora), penance, exusiai, mostima, female/nb doctor and most other wolves/female charas. she's a sadist who heavily prefers to dom/top but she can also be a very disgusting masochist when bottoming. i like to play her in mating heat/rut situations considering she's a wolf. smut with her will be pretty obscene and graceless.

fighting/injuring: oh absolutely. WARNING: she's the kind of unhinged who would cheerfully mutilate/desecrate the corpses of her victims. for the most part she's cordial and personable enough to civilians/allies, however she's naturally violent and sadistic and needs very little reason not to injure or slaughter an enemy. her oripathy gives her enhanced physical strength and she's extremely combat-savvy, as per her file:
Although Rhodes Island has exerted some degree of control over her behavior while deployed, she still does more or less whatever she wants in battle, which has been a problem for coordinated operations with her teammates. Lappland's rather unique symptoms seem to enhance her fighting abilities--very rare among Infected. Her weapon, a specially designed eastern-style sword, complements her Arts. She appears to wield her Originium power untrained, through raw talent alone. Even though Lappland's powers decay rapidly when released, her deceptive fighting style and explosive offensive abilities have allowed her to master her weaknesses. Furthermore, Lappland's uncanny ability to discern weakness neutralizes virtually any advantage an opponent with Originium power or other special ability may have. She is able to counter her enemy's attacks completely after only a few moments of observation.
killing this character: talk to me but i'd totally be down for it, someone put down this mad wolf. she's strong but she's only mortal. also she's infected with a fatal disease so without regular treatment, she'll be dying sooner than later hopefully.

using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: sure, let me know and i'll provide more info on what she's thinking. she's unstable and sometimes acts more insane than she really is, but she's also just genuinely unwell.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

visual: reference pics here! she has silver/white hair, black-tipped white wolf's ears and tail, black nails/claws, a scar over her left eye, and oripathy crystals on her legs. her build is scrawny/slender and she's pale to a rather sickly extent. NSFW FANART but this is what i imagine her oripathy symptoms/crystals have progressed to. more nsfw fanart for what i imagine scars on her body look like! i don't believe she has a canon age but i'd personally play her at ~25 or likely older. she probably wears an infection monitor though i'm not sure where so i'll probably play it as around her wrist.

aural: her english VA is Christina Kowalchuk and italian Elisa Contestabile; generally I'd play her with those two voices in mind, leaning most to italian. so yeah, she has a heavy siracusan (italian) accent and tends to pop italian phrases in conversation, this is canon lmao. all her voicelines including japanese (VA Imai Asami) and chinese (VA Chen Yee) and korean (VA Seo Yu-ri) can also be heard here.

olfactory: stinky. ... okay, but really, she'd have the scent/musk of a wolf left in the wilderness and all that entails. doesn't wear perfume or deodorant. occasionally smells of grass, metal, and blood.

demeanor: rather casual and easy-going; she's actually somewhat friendly and personable to most people. she has the air of a lone wolf and other wolves are instinctively rather wary of her, knowing she doesn't and may never belong to a pack. if you're a powerful threat, she'd be sizing you up for a fight. has a morbid sense of humor. she can be aggro but tends to be a lot more against similarly-violent people like herself.

CANON

she once had a pet musbeast (like a hamster?), she was genuinely very fond of it and even dressed it up. her father killed it. a rather formative experience for her.

her father is also physically abusive to her.

hijacked a truck to crash straight into court to interrupt texas' trial.

can catch crossbow bolts fired at her.

fought zaaro for literally three months straight in the wilderness.

somewhat of a foodie. she can cook/bake quite well, she just doesn't bother to for herself. she can make actually good millefoglie if she puts her mind to it.

actually encouraged sora to pursue texas (texsora shipper lappland canon lmao). she's obsessive but maybe not as possessive as one might think, or she's given up on her own self and prospects.

HEADCANON

kind of a decent singer. ... secretly wanted to try her hand at rapping too tbh

she does NOT shave. anywhere. fwiw her fur is pale so it might not be that apparent but she can be pretty hairy.

her mother is absentee and tried to run from/escape siracusa shortly after lappland was born. she either succeeded or was killed.

she got infected when a hitman stabbed her in the leg with active originium some time after texas left siracusa. she killed him painfully.

once tried to cut/claw the oripathy crystals out of her leg. sometimes still does, as a form of self-harm.

used to smoke in her mafia days but gave it up cold turkey. might indulge in a pack if exceptionally stressed.

her biggest fear is wasting away in a hospital bed. has about ~3-4 years left if untreated, ~7 if treated regularly at rhodes.

future oripathy symptoms (mostly collected from fic lmao): loss of sense of temperature, loss of facial recognition

either texas or her father gave her the scar over her eye but i prefer to go with texas.

she might not ever be sincerely happy in her life until the moment texas kills her as painfully as possible.
